We ordered 250 custom finisher medals to commemorate your race at Old Fort Niagara. This year's finisher medal features a winter scene of the Fort Niagara gun battery known as the Dauphin Battery. It was sited to cover the entrace to the fort via the Gate of Five Nations. The guns also covered the lower Niagara River and the road leading to Niagara Falls. The battery was constructed by the French in 1756 and named for the King's son, the Dauphin of France. You can see the Niagara River and Canada in the backgrouynd. Late registrants will be able to choose from our collection of classic medals.
